At Auburn Girls High School, the Technological and Applied Studies (TAS) Faculty is dedicated to delivering innovative learning experiences through high quality teaching practices. The design process is embedded in all programs, ensuring students develop problem solving skills while integrating technology across a broad curriculum.
Technology Mandatory is a core subject for all students in Years 7 and 8, providing a strong foundation in design and production. Students engage in both theoretical and practical lessons, using a variety of tools, materials, and techniques. Beyond Year 8, students have the opportunity to explore a diverse selection of elective TAS courses tailored to their interests and future aspirations.
